The former 18th-century house of the estate's steward has been wonderfully restored to become a welcoming, modern and charming gite on our estate in Gignac. We wanted to transform it into a bright, spacious and comfortable home, preserving the superb original roof structure and identical oak woodwork, for a warm and harmonious atmosphere. At the heart of the estate and its magical surroundings, this is a house conducive to relaxation and serenity, thanks to its balance between modernism and tradition, charm and functionality. A beautiful living room of 55m2, integrating a very functional modern fully-equipped kitchen communicating with a dining room and a large comfortable living room with sofa and leather armchairs, STUV wood stove, TV corner... Central heating by wood pellet boiler, ecological and pleasantly comfortable.

bedroom 1: 1 x 160cm bed, fitted closet, large bathroom with walk-in shower.

bedroom 2: 2 x 90cm beds, fitted closet, bathroom with walk-in shower.
Private, enclosed patio with garden furniture and plancha, perfect for summer evenings.
Small garden in the shade of the sophoras, to take full advantage of the deckchairs and nature landscapes surrounding the property.
