Baudouin arrived on the estate in 1970, initially taking over the vineyard with his father, before being joined five years later by his wife Isabelle. Since then, they have worked together for almost 40 years, restoring the estate's stones and vines. Surrounded by their four children, they have made "Pélican" a place in their own image, building a welcoming, authentic family environment.
They rebuilt and brought the place to life before their children, Renaud and Solenne, and their respective spouses, Miyo and Olivier, took over.
In 2020, Solenne and Olivier returned to the winery. They made their first wine in 2021 and converted the estate to organic farming.
In 2024, Renaud and Miyo took over the hospitality and catering side of the business.
Today, our aim is to vinify wines that are ever more sincere, and to continue to welcome you, so that you can enjoy the best possible experience.
Founded on the pillars of authenticity, kindness and generosity, our approach also incorporates a deep commitment to preserving the environment.
