Olivier Poussier and Solenne Thillaye du Boullay, passionate winemakers.

Deeply attached to our terroir and our region, we decided, after a few years abroad, to return "home" and continue to bring the family domaine to life.
Convinced of the quality potential of our Mediterranean climate, we presented our first cuvées in 2021. A 6-handed effort with Baudouin, who has been the keeper of the keys since the late 80s, like his father before him.
Today, we're at the gateway to a unique landscape, facing the foothills of the Cévennes, with the Séranne massif in the foreground, and at the gateway to the garrigue of the Vicomté d'Aumelas, where we've been offering organic cuvées since 2023.
We cultivate our vines in such a way as to preserve our soils and environment as much as possible. We harvest by hand and vinify in the estate's historic cellar, which dates back to the early 20th century.
We cultivate some twenty hectares of vines, set in a haven of greenery, garrigue and forest, and in the middle of it all, we welcome you to our guest house and farm campsite.
