After a first life in the wine industry, we decided to join the family estate. So it's only natural that wine takes a special place on our table.

On our wine list, to accompany the Domaine de Pélican wines, we have chosen winemakers who have touched us through their work or their vision. You'll find both terroir wines and vins d'auteur, whether organic, biodynamic, natural or undogmatic, all linked by the pleasure they give us.

Of course, we'll be honoring our terroir, but we won't shy away from exploring other regions.

We'll do our utmost to keep our prices above speculation, so that opening and sharing a good bottle remains a pleasure for everyone.
